About GYROTONIC®
The Gyrotonic method is a unique movement system designed to address the entire body, promoting energy flow, stimulating the nervous system, and enhancing range of motion and functional strength. It involves rhythmic, circular movements with coordinated breathing, facilitating smooth transitions between exercises to ensure natural joint motion. Specialized Gyrotonic equipment is used, allowing for personalized adjustments based on individual factors like height, limb length, and physical abilities.

About the Oov®
The Oov® is a dynamic, flexible apparatus designed for functional movement training mimicking the natural curves of the spine. By elongating the spine and lifting the pelvis, the device encourages controlled movement and promotes diaphragmatic breathing for a calming effect on the nervous system. Its versatility allows for exercises in various positions, emphasizing core integration and targeting diverse muscle groups. It may be incorporated into a rehabilitation session or movement session to complement other apparatus and exercises.

About John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (JFB-MFR)
A gentle, hands-on technique, directly on the skin, that releases restrictions in the body’s fascia—the connective tissue that supports muscles, bones, and organs. Using slow, gentle, sustained pressure, it helps reduce pain, improve mobility, restore natural, easeful movement, and promote overall wellness by supporting the body’s innate ability to heal. Fascial restrictions can result from injury, inflammation, repetitive stress, or surgery, often causing internal tension that standard medical tests may not detect. JFB-MFR treats these hidden restrictions by addressing the body as an interconnected system—releasing one area can create positive effects throughout the entire body.
